By signing up to Shryn, you grant Shryn AI Europe B.V. a limited, revocable license to store, process, and use your uploaded materials solely for the purpose of building your personal AI model. This license ends the moment you request deletion.
All writing, recordings, documents, and other content you upload remains your property. Shryn claims no ownership over your materials. We do not use your content to train general purpose models or share it with third parties.
Your materials are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the European Union. Your AI model is hosted on HuggingFace servers. Both providers operate under GDPR compliant data processing agreements. Shryn staff may access your materials only for the purpose of building and maintaining your model.
You may request full deletion of your account and all associated materials at any time by emailing erik@shryn.ai with the subject line "Delete my account." We will confirm deletion within 30 days. Deletion includes your uploaded files, your AI model, and all stored conversation data.
Under GDPR Article 20, you have the right to receive a copy of all personal data we hold about you in a machine readable format. Submit requests to erik@shryn.ai.
The setup fee of 25 euros is non refundable once your AI model has been built. The monthly hosting fee of 9.99 euros can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
